Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is the world's leading researcher on positive psychology. He is known for his work in the study of happiness and creativity.
His popular book "Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience" which talks about the term "flow". Or what they called it "in the zone". It is when a person who is totally engrossed in a task becomes immersed in a state of flow, oblivious to the passage of time while experiencing a mild state of euphoria.
